" The Champagne weekend went fantastically well and everyone had a great time.  As you said, the hotel should probably be four stars - it was very sleek indeed.  The two restaurants you recommended were both very good.  The Brasserie de Boulangrin was especially good value. The visit to the smaller champagne house in the morning was superb.  I think the contrast between the small house first and large house second worked very well. Overall the weekend was a good mix of organised activity and free time.  Happy to recommend the trip to any group. Thanks again. Kind regards."

we suggest a relaxing day in the City of Reims, perhaps an afternoon visit
to the Notre Dame Cathedral. The Cathédrale Notre Dame is truly
magnificent. A huge Gothic structure, it is noted for its elegance and
harmony. Following the visit perhaps lunch in one of the many Brasserie
that line the streets
