It’s not just the exquisite wines that make it worth a visit, of course – Bordeaux also happens to be one of the world’s prettiest wine regions, too.

Day 1
You’ll journey out from Bordeaux City into the region’s surrounding vineyards and towards those which make up the St. Émilion sub-region. Your experienced, multi-lingual guide and driver will take you to two of the most prestigious châteaux in the region for a comprehensive, in-depth tour and a tasting of the wines – primarily Merlot blends, though the region is also known for its Cabernet Francs, and probably two at each winery – before enjoying the drive back to Bordeaux.
Worth Considering
- Upgrades are available and this itinerary serves simply as a guideline – we’ll be happy to alter any details around your needs or wishes and include travel and accommodation.
- This day tour is semi private and may include up to seven other wine enthusiasts – still allowing for an intimate experience with the wine makers themselves. Private tours can also be arranged.
